Hi my name is Lois Bennett, I am Joans Grandaughter, Also was her bestfriend too. Joan Bollard Nee Hughes sadly passed away on March 24th 2007, aged 76. Her job occupation many years ago was being a machinest, and she carried it on if anyone needed anything done on the machine, my nana was the one you needed. Joan lived in Manchester, Collyhurst.- Always had that same beautiful Smile on Her face.
She had 2 Sisters and 5 Brothers named: Tony,John,Brian,Billy, Tommy,Kath and Hetty.
My nana sadly passed away at home in Collyhurst, she was suffering with cancer in the gullet and was never right since the day she got diagnosed with it . All the family and friends miss Joan Bollard Lots and Lots

My nana meant the world to all of the family and joan loved to go to The Swan pub and Billy greens for a FEW pints, well thats what she said.
Joan loved bingo and was lovely legs 11 she loved going there and winning some money( she used to say to me my purse is empty so it needs filled ha ha).
Joan was a mother of Julie Bollard, Angela Bollard Stewart Bollard and the late Billy Bollard. and also a loved partner of Tommy Burns
.
She was a nana to me Lois Bennett, Terence Bennett, Joanne Bennett, Julie Marrow, Steven Marrow, young Billy Bollard, MIchelle Bollard Haslam, Nicola Bollard, Donna Bollard, and a Lovely Greatnana, she sends kissess and hugs to all her grandchildrens children, Casey-Lee Bennett, Faith Bennett, Georgia Mellor, Dean Mellor, Jessica Mellor, Alyssa Marrow, Kevin Hargreaves, Dominic Bollard, Leon Bollard, Little Baby Lee Bollard R.I.P, Luke Bollard, Scarlett Bollard,Jnr Billy Bollard
I would also Like to thank the MacMillian Nurses that helped My nana while she was ill, MIcheal Kennedy for the funeral service it was lovely, my nana looked beautiful, the horses was amazing- everything was perfect, thanks.
Also Pamela and Ray, For preparing the wake at Billy Greens Local Pub, where everybody came from the funeral and dance and sung the night away to the songs My Nana Bollard would listen to..x

nana, im sat here really thinking of you & all the memories weve had:- that have just gone!, i really do miss you, but i cant get upset as you wont rest, and we dont want that do we. i love you & miss you so much, my beautiful bestfriend/nana xxxxxxx

Nana you were my heart and sole.
I never expected you to go
Especially so early on this year
How much i wish you were still here
You lifed and layed me when i was young
Your werent like my nana but a second mum
Nursey then off to primary school
How much i bragged that you were cool
You showed me how to blow a bubble
And were there whenever i needed a cuddle
How much we laughed when we went for strolls
Those day will never ever get old
You used to take me to the haruprhey cafe
And youd buy me a cone with a magical past
Then the weekend i would come and stay
Up till early morning we'd laugh and play
But as we grew older things changed
You werent as fit and things got strange
No more strolls or walk to the shop
No more cones it all suddenly stopped
I knew you werent well so i tryed my best
To make sure you were happy, and at rest
But despite all that you had a smile on your face
A smile i belived could save the human race
hello nana- well its been 4years since you've been gone, im in college now :) - doing health + social care, i really miss you nana, you was my everything, i miss you deep down, hope your looking after baby lee x x x x

hello sweetheart, i thought of you today when i seen all these kids with their grandchildren, and i thought that should be me with my nana. DAYS go by and i think of you and how life used to be when you was around, well terence has two children now, casey + faith, and joanne is pregnant too, ohhh nana if you was alive to see them, well you was here to see me leave primary school but not high school, i left like two weeks ago, now its time for me to enter the big world.- i love you very much nana joan bollard, big hugs + kiss's.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Wow its been ages since I last left a message on your wall, but nana I really do miss you lots+lots, terence' gave birth, well terence didn't hahaahaha: his girtlfriend did, to a gorgeous baby girl called faith,!!!!!, if I could wish for one thing I'd wish for you to be back with us all.
